A: T/T 30% deposit paid in advance, 70% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L .and L/C, D/P, Western union are acceptable as well.

A: 5 years for our whirlpool bathtub body, 3 years for electronics, but we have continuous support for our long-term customers.

A: Yes, we have CE, RoHS, ISO9JOYEE New Listing spa bath outdoor With New Arrival:2008 certificate, and our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.
