A: Normally withtin20 to 35 days after receiving T/T deposit, the specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and item.

A: Samples are available, sample fee and and freight need to confirmed

A: T/T 30% deposit paid in advance, 70% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L .and L/C, D/P, Western union are acceptable as well.

A: 5years for our spa hot tub body, 3years for electronics, but we have continuous support for our long-term customers.
Q7: Do you have certificate for your spa hot tub?
A: Yes, we have CE, RoHS, ISO9JOYEE New Listing spa bath outdoor With New Arrival:2008 certificate, and our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.
Q8: What will you do if there is something wrong with your spa hot tub?
A: First, pls send us photos or videos so that we can confirm with our supplier to avoid the same problem later.
