Q1 : What is your MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 1 set/sets each item.
Q2 : What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, (Nansha, Shenzhen , Foshan) are available .
Q3 : How long is your delivery time?
A: Normally within 15 to 35 days after receiving T/T deposit, the specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and item.
Q4: What's your sample policy?
A: Samples are available, sample fee and and freight need to confirmed with us.
Q5: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit paid in advance, 70% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L .
Q6: Do you have certificate for your hot tub?
A: Yes, we have CE, RoHS, ISO9001:2008 certificate, and our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.
Q7: How can I get the specific price for one product?
A: A best quotation will be given according to you specific requirement, such as model, quantity, function etc.
Q8: How long is your product warranty?
A: 7 years for structure; 3 years on the spa shell, 2 years for electrical motor, control system and plumbing.
Q9: Regards to after sales service, would you supply the spare parts if broken?
A: First, pls send us photos or videos so that we can analyze the problems and avoid them happen next time.
Second, if it is a non-human damaged spare part, we will provide the free spare parts to you.
Q10: How about the Volt and Hz?
A: Generally we produce 220-240V/380V, 50/60Hz
Q11: Can you tell me your market?
A: Our main market is European, North America etc.
Q12: How many sets can fit in a container?
A: About outdoor hot tub: 5-7 sets in a 20GP, 12-14 sets in a 40HQ. About indoor whirlpool: 12-15 sets in a 20GP, 21-27 sets in a 40HQ.
Q13: Do you support OEM Service?
A: Yes, we can OME your LOGO in the product and develop new mold according your idea. We will be glad to be your manufacturer partner in China.
