Our SPA tub is made of US Aristech acrylic and 304 Stainless steel frame to support the tub strongly. Meanwhile, they equip with Balboa control systems and "LX" water pump with CE and SAA certificates.

- 7 years for structure; 3 years on the spa shell, 2 years for electrical motor, control system and plumbing.

- First, pls send us photos or videos so that we can analyze the problems and avoid them happen next time. Second, if it is a non-human damaged spare part, we will provide the free spare parts to you.
